The maurakappi caste with the most free-will are the queens, of course, but they are also beings of significant power that never leave their colonies. The consorts and princesses however do have significantly more independence from the other casts and are more likely to be sent out of the colony to work with foreign adventurers (or be exiled). Note these races won't fit into 40 points or less, and can't actually be used with the DFRPG occupational templates without greatly increasing point totals.

Racial Gifts: Both castes can buy a level of Extra Attack, increase Charisma to four, increase either Born Entertainer, or Born War Leader to four levels; regardless of occupation or double occupational limits for occupations that include these traits. Princesses can raise Magery to six and take up to four levels of Improved Magic Resistance or double the limits for wizards.
Maurakappi ordinarily will not be clerics or holy warriors, or have power investiture or holy might.
