Iron Gods - Catching up

As you may have noticed I fell way behind on the session recaps for Iron Gods. Spoilers after the jump:

 The Choking Tower  

In my last summary post, the PCs were exploring the wreckage of the Aurora, under the town of Iadenveigh in southern Numeria. They had with them the NPC Magus/Rogue/Arcane trickster Illaris, a fellow Technic League member, who works for a rival league Captain, Ghartone (whom at this point they've begun to suspect is connected to the conspiracy around Unity).

They finished exploring the Aurora and in the process Ankul Bitor assassinated Ilaris.
